Community Development Support Services (CDSS) was established in 1995 in Chukudum, Eastern Equatoria, to champion sustainable agriculture, food security, and peacebuilding. Over the years, CDSS has grown through partnerships with global organizations, empowering communities in Eastern Equatoria through innovative programs in livelihoods, education, and conflict mitigation.

CDSS and ROG joined the rest of the world in launching 16 days of activism yesterday 25th, November in County's headquarter, Homiri Payam. The theme: UNiTE! invest to end violence against women and girls. UNiTE aims to mobilize around the priorities to strengthen accountability for ending prevalent violence in Budi County as well as accelerating and increasing funding to women for economical empowerment. In attendance were the government officials, youth, women, elderly, school children and the community at large. The CDSS team today continued with house-to-house visit campaigns to 20 households to preach GBV key messages.
